This website is a static site (no user accounts, no newsletter, no web analytics, no embedded tracking cookies). No cookies are set for analytics or marketing purposes.

Hosting

The site is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, time, requested resource, user agent) to serve the page and ensure security.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, performant delivery). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses may also apply.

Contact by email / phone

If you contact us, we process the data you provide to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Retention: for as long as the matter requires; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

No cookies (website)

We do not use a cookie banner, because this website does not use non-essential cookies. CDN session/security mechanisms may occur for technical reasons; they are not used by us to analyse your browsing behaviour.

Fonts

Fonts are served from this website itself (no Google Fonts CDN).

Social media

We link to Facebook on our website. When you click through, you leave our site; Meta’s privacy notices then apply.

External maps (Google Maps)

On the parade-route page we offer a link that opens the route in Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). Data is sent to Google only when you click; Google’s privacy notices then apply. No Google Maps map is embedded on our website.

Photos of events (KUG)

Photos from the Rosenmontagszug and club events may show people as part of a public gathering (§ 23(1) no. 3 KunstUrhG). Publication takes place in the context of club reporting. Objections to info@r-r-z.de — we will review and remove affected images where reasonable and legally required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in North Rhine-Westphalia: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).
